All appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for full enjoyment of your treatment. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible. As a consideration to you all long appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance. As a consideration to us there is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. You will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment or late cancellation. A 50% deposit is required on all large bookings.

	Please ensure that mobile phones are switched off prior to entering treatment areas.
	Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume.
	Your therapist is sensitive to your mood, if you feel like talking go ahead and if you dont, thats fine too.
	Children are welcome but for long appointments alternative childcare arrangements would be advisable.
	To avoid being charged in full for uncancelled appointments please give at least 24 working hours notice.
	All treatments are subject to change at the company’s discretion.
